Finger Millet

Finger millet, scientifically known as Eleusine coracana, is a type of small-grained cereal crop that belongs to the millet family. It is also known by various other names, including ragi (in Kannada), nachni (in Hindi), and kelvaragu (in Tamil). Finger millet is believed to have originated in Africa and has been cultivated for thousands of years, primarily in regions with semi-arid climates.
